综合性医学期刊栏目设置策略及其合理性

摘　　要：与医学专科性期刊相比较,医学综合性期刊专业覆盖面广,并与不同文体相交叉,这就需要兼顾不同专业和层次的读者群和作者群的水平要求,所以其栏目设置较前者复杂和难以把握。为此,笔者结合自己从事综合性医学期刊编审多年的工作经验,统筹期刊栏目设置的科学性和实际效益,探讨综合性医学期刊栏目设置策略,并对其合理性作一阐述,以期提高利增强此类期刊在医学期刊中的核心竞争力。Compared with special medical periodicals the comprehensive ones covere many medical disciplines and various forms of literature,hence they should meet the specialist demands from both reader group and author group with different levels,so that the design&arragement of columns is just more complex than the former,and more difficultly to do this thing. In view of above-mentioned status with the help of author-self many-year experience from working at editor and examiner of a comprehensive medical periodical based off overall planning of scientific rationality and practical benefits this paper explores the tactics of designing&arraging columns for comprehensive medical periodicals,and discusses the rationality of these tactics,so as to lift and enlarge the core competitive ability of this class periodicals among medical ones.
