摘  要:为了提高测量精度、实现多路测量的目的,研制了一种用于测量爆速的32通道时间间隔测量仪。该测量仪采用循环D触发器延迟线的大计时器精确计数整晶振周期的时间间隔值,利用CARRY延迟线的小计时器获得计时起始和计时结束时微小时间值。实验结果表明,测量范围为10~109 ns ,分辨力为1 ns ,具有自检、自锁、通过U盘进行数据拷贝等功能。In order to improve the accuracy of measurement and realize the aim of multiple measurements ,the design of the 32-channel time-interval measuring instrument for measuring detonation velocity is introduced .T he big clock based on the circulatory D flip-flop delay line is to accurately count the amount of crystal oscillator cycle .the small clock based on CARRY delay line is to acquire small time difference value of beginning and end of the timing .Experiments show that it gains a range from 10 to 109 ns and resolution of 1 ns and has some functions such as self-inspection ,self-locking ,calibration ,copy of data through USB flash disk and so on .
