高校异地办学教育资源整合研究

摘　　要：随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,越来越多的高校选择异地办学。高校异地办学为拓展高校发展空间和促进地方经济发展带来了"双赢",但人力资源薄弱、财力资源稀缺、物力资源分散,加之学校办学定位模糊、人文精神缺失已成为制约学校发展的重要因素。要多渠道合理配置有形资源、有序承接无形资源,破解高校异地办学过程中的资源约束难题,提高高校发展的硬实力和软实力。With the development of higher education,establishing branch campus in a place other than the main campus has been the choice of more and more universities,which brings a ' win-win' in both expanding developing space for the university and boosting local economy for the place. However,the limitation of tangible resources and weakness of intangible resources have become the crucial factors to restrict university development. We should try to find the answer from the aspects of rational distribution of tangible resources,regular connection of intangible resources,etc. to the ' resource-constrained' problem,and enhance the ' hard power' as well as the ' soft power' in the process of running branch campus.
