摘　　要：通过对西安公共文化服务体系的实地调查,总结了公众对西安公共文化服务的主观评价和对文化的需求特点,分析了西安公共文化服务发展的综合优势与现实困境,从观念创新、路径创新、服务创新等三个方面提出公共文化服务体系建设需要引入创新驱动机制的对策建议。This paper,by the investigation of Xi'an public cultural service system,summarized the subjective evaluation and demand characteristics of the public to the cultural service system,analyzed the comprehensive advantages and practical dilemma,and proposed a countermeasure and suggestion of innovative stimulating mechanism from idea,method and service,for the public cultural service system construction.
