摘 要:目的:探讨运动引起中性粒细胞呼吸爆发与氧化应激及其过氧化损伤的关系,从而为运动引起的过氧化损伤导致的运动性疲劳的诊断及其防御提供理论根据。方法:通过文献法及逻辑推理法分析运动诱导中性粒细胞的呼吸爆发过程及其产生的活性氧对机体的氧化损伤导致的运动性疲劳的特点。结果:运动激活中性粒细胞NADPH氧化酶介导产生活性氧增多导致中性粒细胞的氧化应激反应,而体内活性氧增多引起的运动性疲劳体内的发生机理是运动诱导的中性粒细胞氧化应激导致的过氧化损伤所致。结论:运动引起中性粒细胞的氧化应激和过氧化损导致免疫细胞功能降低及其运动性疲劳发生的主要因素,可通过抗氧化剂、谷氨酰胺补充、NADPH氧化酶的抑制等手段进行防护。Objective: This study was focused on investigating the relationship among exercise-induced neutrophil respiratory burst,oxidative stress and damage which is exercise-induced oxidative caused by over-exercises. The aim was to provide a theoretical basis for preventing exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: Literature searches and logical reasoning were used in research on the characteristics of the exercise-induced respiratory burst of neutrophils which produced reactive oxygen species( ROS) and oxidative damage in the body caused by exercise-induced fatigue. Results: The reason that led to oxidative stress and increased ROS was exercise activated NADPH oxidase-mediated generation of reactive oxygen in neutrophils. The mechanism of the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue in vivo was that exercise induced the oxidative stress damage in neutrophils. Conclusion: The main factor behind exercise-induced fatigue was that exerciseinduced oxidative stress and damage peroxide which reduces immune cell function,antioxidants,glutamine supplement,NADPH oxidase inhibition were be used to protect it.
