以专业化视角审视体育教师职业的演变

摘　　要：通过文献资料的分析,考察体育教师职业的产生和发展,以此探寻影响体育教师职业发展的重要因素,最终为体育教师职业的专业化发展提供有意义的思路。从教师职业专业化的视角,可将我国体育教师职业的产生和发展历程分为初步建立、起步、深入发展三个历史阶段。由此得出结论:体育教师职业的发展依附于体育事业和教育事业的发展,尤其受到体育价值定位的影响。启示体育教师职业专业化发展的思路:(1)体育事业和教育事业的快速发展是体育教师职业专业化的基础;(2)树立正确的体育价值观是体育教师职业专业化的关键;(3)体育教师专业自主是体育教师职业专业化的根本。This paper reviews the birth of P. E. teaching as an occupation and its development,and explores affecting factors in its evolution,with a view to offering new approaches to its professionalization. The development of P. E. teaching as an occupation in China has gone through three stages,e. g. emergence,growth and full development. The paper arrives at the conclusion that the development of P. E. teaching as an occupation depends on that of sport and education,affected especially by P.E. value orientation. It opines that the professionalization of P. E. teaching entails the rapid development of sport and education,positive values towards P. E. and the professional autonomy of P. E. teachers.
