摘 要:探索基于BMI指数判定超重肥胖的两种标准对甘肃省高校学生超重肥胖的筛查能力及适用性,为修订甘肃省高校学生超重肥胖筛查标准提供参考。方法:利用甘肃省2010年大学生的BMI指数资料进行统计,以中国肥胖问题工作组在2004年公布的中国成年人超重肥胖BMI筛选分类参考标准(WGOC标准)作为"金标准",分别计算WHO标准和美国CDC标准的灵敏度及特异度,分析WHO标准和美国CDC标准在筛查甘肃省高校学生人群超重肥胖时的能力及适用性。结果:超重检出率和肥胖检出率都是美国CDC标准>WGOC标准>WHO标准。在超重筛查能力方面,WHO标准和美国CDC标准均具有较高的特异度,但WHO标准判定超重的灵敏度稍高于美国CDC标准;在肥胖筛查能力方面,美国CDC标准具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。结论:美国CDC标准更适合于甘肃省高校学生人群超重肥胖的筛查,但在超重筛查能力方面灵敏度有待进一步提高。This study tried to explore and assess the screening ability and applicability of the two criteria for overweight or obese university students in Gansu province,with a view to providing valuable information for the revision of the screening criteria. Method: sorting and analyzing the BMI index data and statistics of college students in Gansu Province in 2010, using the BMI reference standard for overweight or obese adults in China-the WGOC standard which was announced by obesity problem solving work team in China as the 'gold standard',calculating the sensitivity and specificity of the WHO standard and the CDC standard respectively,and analyzing their applicability. Results: the United States CDC standard > WGOC standard > WHO standard. In terms of overweight screening capacity,both the WHO standard and CDC standard have high specificity,but the WHO standard is slightly better than the CDC standard,which has higher sensitivity and specificity in obesity screening capacity. Conclusion: the CDC standard from USA is more suitable than other standards for screening overweight and obesity of the university student population in Gansu province,but its sensitivity remains to be further improved.
