摘　　要：文章总结了辽宁工程技术大学公共管理与法学院培养应用创新型劳动与社会保障专业人才的经验,论述了应用创新型劳动与社会保障人才的"五个一"特色,介绍了应用创新型劳动与社会保障人才培养计划的相关改革和第二课堂活动载体创新的相关情况,分析了辽宁工程技术大学公共管理与法学院培养应用创新型劳动与社会保障专业人才所取得的成效,并对进一步推进应用创新型劳动与社会保障专业人才培养进行了理性的思考。This paper summarizes the experience of the application and innovative- type labor and social security talents‘ training of the School of Public Administration and Law in Liaoning Technical University,discusses the ' five one' characteristics of application of innovative- type labor and social security talents,introduce the reform about the application and innovative- type labor and social security talents‘ training plan as well as some case concerning the 'Second Classroom'activity,analyze the achievement of the application and innovative- type labor and social security talents‘ training of the School of Public Administration and Law in Liaoning Technical University and has fulfilled the rational thinking to promote the application and innovative- type labor and social security talents‘ training.
