摘　　要：溜槽堵塞检测装置是在生产实践过程中自行设计制作的一种检测溜槽堵料报警和停车的装置,有效解决了输送配合煤过程堵料的问题,对于延长皮带使用寿命,减轻职工劳动强度和维护工作量,降低成本等具有显著的促进作用,对于应用带式输送机输送各式物料的企业具有极大的推广应用价值。blockage monitor for the feeding launder is a kind of device which we developed in productive practice to detect the alarm and stop of feeding launder blockage,it can solve the plugging material problem in the transport process of Mixing-coal effectively,also is Help to prolong service life of the belt,reduce the production costs,labor intensity and maintenance workload,it is worth to be popularized.
