摘　　要：为了节省项目投资费用和获得良好的控制效果,技术人员在详细研究皮带秤称量过程原理的基础上,利用AC800F系统工程师站安装的组态软件Control BuilderF成功编制了校零、校秤程序和配煤控制程序。此项目的完成,不仅节省了二次表投资费用,而且减少了以后二次表的维护及备件费,并且所编程序经过不断完善,目前使用正常,圆满完成了给焦炉输送合格配合煤的生产任务。In order to save cost of project investment and get good control effect, based on the research on the principle of belt scale weighing process in detail, Technical personnel using the configuration software--Builder F installated in Engineer station successfully compiled the zero calibration , scales Calibration and coal blending Control program , Completed the project, not only save the project investment cost and reduces the maintenance and spare parts cost of secondary instrument . the program through continuous improvement currently in use is normal, successfully completed the tasks to provide qualified coal for coke oven production.
