摘 要:针对钛合金薄侧壁结构件立铣削加工,研究分析了切削力随钛合金薄壁件宽高比的变化规律,并对比分析了同一薄壁件不同切削位置处的切削力与表面残余应力。试验结果表明,随着薄壁件宽高比增大,薄壁件刚度增加,让刀变形和欠切量减小,切削力增加,工件的加工尺寸精度提高;同一薄壁件表面,随着薄壁件高度变化及沿进给方向刀具切削的进行,切削力因工件残余刚度的变化而随之改变,其对应位置的表面残余应力均为压应力状态,且数值变化规律与切削力变化规律一致。Based on the experiments of milling titanium alloy thin-wall structure,the variation of the cutting force with the change of width-height ratio was researched.The cutting force of milling different locations on the surface of the thin-wall component was studied and contrasted.The residual stress of the relevant position was measured.The result indicated that,as the width-height ratio increased,the stiffness of the thin-wall component was increased.The magnitude of deformation and non-cutting width were decreased,and the cutting force was increased.The dimensional accuracy was improved.For one certain thin-wall component,the residual stiffness was changed along with the upright direction as well as the feeding direction.The cutting force was changed with the variation of the residual stiffness.The measuring result of the residual stress of the finished surface demonstrated that the variation trend of residual stress was consistent with that of the cutting force.
