高职高专新生适应期教育方式研究

摘　　要：通过吸收和实践国外高职高专学校适应期教育理念和措施,创新开展具有长期操作性和长效意义的适应期教育,用以帮助学生平稳度过传统意义上的大学生活适应期,顺利实现高等学校的教育功能。此外,当代的大学教育还应该充分发挥其服务社会的功能,帮助学生培养适应社会的能力,创设"零距离就业"的发展环境。By absorbing and practicing foreign educational ideas and countermeasures, educators innovatively carry on long-term and effective educational method, in order to help students smoothly transfer into traditional adaptation, and achieve the educational goal. Current college education should give a full play to the function of some services to the society, and can help students adapt themselves to the society, create zero-distance employment.
