民办高职院校书院式学生公寓管理模式新探

摘　　要：目前,我国高校学生宿舍管理体制还很单一,没能发挥出综合功能。学生宿舍应该成为学生德育教育的第二课堂;成为学习交流,思想交流,文化交流的场所。本文以民办高职院校书院式学生公寓管理模式为切入点,探索高校学生公寓科学管理的发展路径,为高校学生公寓管理体制的改革创新提供参考。The management for student halls of residence in colleges in current China falls short of functional integration. Ideally, dormitories serve as secondary classrooms for ethical development from communication in learning and thinking. Taking private vocational institutes as samples, this paper aims to explore the establishment of scientific management and consequent reforming of it as well.
