摘 要:对美国制定的高超声速技术研究计划(NASP、HyTech、Hyper-X、ARRMD和HyFly等计划),进行了较为详细的阐述和分析,指出美国的高超声速技术研究计划具有很强的继承性和关联性,概念探索、关键技术突破与试验验证等计划紧密结合,环环相扣。美国通过开展这些研究计划,不断总结经验和教训,使之在后续开展的计划中更加注重技术成熟度,加大对需求和可行性的分析力度,制定的研究计划目标更务实,坚持稳妥、循序渐进的高超声速技术发展策略,并按照近期、中期和远期应用目标,全面推进高超声速技术的发展和应用。Typical hypersonic technology research programs in America, such as NASP, HyTech, Hy?per-X, ARRMD and HyFly were summarized;contents, progress and achievements of each program were al?so illustrated. Trough the analysis, the programs were proved to be relative and successive;concept explora?tion, key technology breakthrough and test verification were closely related to each other. The experience and lessons were learned from these programs, thus more attention was paid to TRL in the following pro?grams. More analyses were accomplished on the demands and feasibility to make more practical research goals. Steady hypersonic technology development strategies were followed in proper sequence to improve the development and application of hypersonic technology in accordance with short-term, mid-term and long-term targets.
