生物类专业高职教育人才培养方案的构建与实践——以齐鲁师范学院为例

摘　　要：以就业为先导,以市场需求为目标,借鉴国内外同类高校的办学经验,通过企业调研和往届毕业学生的信息反馈,结合山东省经济发展需要,分析了生物类专业岗位人才需求,对生物类专业高职教育人才培养方案进行改革,构建了以职业能力、就业能力和创业能力为核心的"一个平台、四个课程群、多向选择"的课程与教学体系,通过教学实践成效显著。Based on the guidance of employment and the goals of the market demands, a new curriculum and teaching system were constructed after using similar universities from domestic or abroad as references, analyzing the demands of the economic development and biological professional posts in Shandong province, cooperating the feedback information of the past graduates and enterprises. The core contents of the system were occupation ability, employment ability and creative ability with 'one platform, four Curriculum group and multiple choices'. And the system was demonstrated with remarkable results through the education practices
