摘　　要：肛瘘是一种常见的肛肠疾病,其诊断和治疗往往缺乏统一规范,手术治疗后肛门损伤较大,有一定肛门失禁的发生率。全括约肌保留手术,对提高肛瘘治愈率、降低术后肛门功能损伤有重要意义。Anal fistula is a common disease in colorectal surgery .Due to lack of the uniform standards,the fistulotomy was often of great damage that lead to postoperative fecal incontinence .Therefore, the total sphincter preserve procedure should be done to reduce the rate of fecal incontinence and increase the success rate .
