摘　　要：根据生态系统种间竞争与相互依存特征,针对多个企业集群现象建立了企业集群三种群模型,得到了其稳定性条件,提出了我国中小企业发展的一些建议.With the aids of Logistic equation , a class of three species competitive model describing the competitive for enterprise cluster was considered .The stability of the equilibrium points of the three species competitive models was studied and some suggestions was pointed out .
