摘  要:创新提出双液喷刷式清洗器工作原理和具体实施工作过程。设计出一种集冲、刷、刮多功能一体的双液喷刷式清洗器,介绍其出液喷头、气压输液箱、杆身及连接件等关键部件的具体设计。通过试验用样机的试验和测试表明:该清洗器体现了省时省力、节水、节能、清洗效果好等特点。A new type of washer is presented,including to its working principle and operating process.The washer belongs to a multifunctional air-pressure-powered device which in carries out flushing,scrubbing and scraping dirty surface by changing-over of weak wash or clean water.The design methods of major critical components are introduced like washing head,air-pressure-powered liquid conveyer,shaft and screw-on fittings.Some results of working performance testing in the experimental prototype showed that many advantages such as to save time,effort,energy,water and have good cleaning effect.
