摘  要:目的通过检测脑组织内丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,探讨亚低温、川芎嗪对缺氧缺血性脑病幼鼠的脑保护作用。方法将142只大鼠幼鼠随机分为常温缺血组32只(A组)、亚低温组36只(B组)、川芎嗪组38只(C组)、亚低温+川芎嗪组36只(D组),建立缺血缺氧性脑病幼鼠模型,给予各组相应的治疗,检测各组幼鼠脑组织内MDA、SOD含量,对结果进行统计学分析。结果 B组、C组、D组幼鼠MDA含量均较A组低,SOD含量高于A组,提示治疗有效。D组与B组、C组比较,脑组织内MDA含量较B、C组低(P=0.006,P=0.000),SOD含量(P=0.007,P=0.000)高于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义。B、C两组MDA和SOD含量比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.079,P=0.137)。结论亚低温、川芎嗪均能减轻缺氧缺血引起的脑损伤,两者联合使用,疗效更显著。Objective To research the cerebral protective effects of mild hypothermia and ligustrazine by detecting the MDA,SOD levels of brain tissues in young rats with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Totally 142 young rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely,Group A,normal temperature ischemia( n = 32),Group B,mild hypothermia( n = 36),Group C,ligustrazine( n = 38),and Group D,mild hypothermia and ligustrazine( n = 36). The hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy rats models were made,ethe appropriate treatment was given to each group,the MDA,SOD levels of brain tissues were detected,then the results were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The MDA levels of Group B,C,D were lower than those of Group A,and the SOD levels were higher,which meant the treatments were effective. The MDA levels of Group D were lower than those of Group B and C( P = 0. 006,P = 0. 000),and the SOD levels(P =0. 007,P =0. 000)were higher,with statistically significant differences. In Group B and C,there was no statistically significant difference in MDA and SOD levels( P = 0. 079,P = 0. 137). Conclusion Both mild hypothermia and ligustrazine can reduce brain damage caused by hypoxic ischemia. It may be able to improve the efficacy when both treatments used in combination.
