49例中国人外地口音综合征的临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的总结中国人外地口音综合征的临床特点。方法以'外地口音综合征'、'异地口音综合征'和'外国口音综合征'为检索词,先对1980年~2011年间国内期刊上用汉语发表的外地口音综合征文献进行检索,然后对符合纳入标准的31篇文献进行综合分析。结果与结论自1996年起,年均报道量为(3.06±1.65)例。外地口音综合征患者的平均年龄为38.10岁。其中,男性26例,女性23例,性别构成无显著性差异(χ2=0.184,P=0.668)。外地口音综合征的病因包括创伤(59.19%)、脑血管意外(32.65%)和精神异常(8.16%)三类;65.31%的病灶位于左侧大脑。85.72%的外地口音综合征口音由使用人群少的方言向使用人群多的方言改变。对于未昏迷的患者,80%会在诱发病因出现72 h内表现出口音的改变,而72.73%的昏迷患者会在苏醒后出现口音改变。外地口音综合征的预后较好,好转率为70.83%,其中73.53%的好转时间不会超过3个月。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of foreign accent syndrome (FAS) among Chinese. Methods The journal articles published in Chinese between 1980 and 2011 were retrieved with three Chinese translated versions of FAS as the key words, and 38 articles in line with the inclusion criteria were systematically analyzed. Results and Conclusion Each year, about (3.06 ± 1.65) cases were published on FAS ever since 1996. The age of FAS patients was averagely around 38.10 years, and of the reported cases, there were 26 males and 23 females, there is no significant difference in gender (χ2=0.184, P=0.668). The etiological factors of FAS were identified mainly as injury (59.19%), stroke (32.65%) and psychogenic disorder (8.16%), and 65.31% of the focus were found at the left side of brain. 85.72%of the FAS patients were seen to be speaking a new dialect used by a larger population. 80%of the patients who didn''t suffer from a coma changed their accent in 72 h following the injury, while 72.73%of those once in a coma changed their accent as they gained conscious-ness. The prognosis of FAS was fine, with an improvement rate of 70.83%, and 73.53%of the patients began to recover less than 3 months later following the injury.
