家电下乡政策对物流模式影响分析

摘　　要：在家电行业快速发展和2008年金融危机的背景下,我国政府推出了"家电下乡"政策,其取得成果显著,同时对家电物流也有着切实影响,我们有必要进行"家电下乡"政策对我国家电物流的影响研究。文中首先介绍我国"家电下乡"政策的实施和其取得的成效,然后对我国家现存的四种家电物流模式进行介绍,并确定家电下乡对家电物流模式的影响因素,在确定了这些因素后,运用模糊层次分析法建立层次分析模型,结合专家调研的方法,确定影响因素的重要性权重。最后结合专家对"家电下乡"政策对各模式家电物流的综合影响评价数据进行模糊综合分析,得出"家电下乡"政策对不同模式家电物流影响的模糊评价结果。The rapid development in the appliance industry and in 2008 in the context of the financial crisis,the Chinese government launched the 'home appliances to the countryside' policy,which achieved remarkable results,while the appliance also has a real impact on the logistics,we have the necessary appliances to the countryside policies on China's home appliance logistics impact study.This paper describes our 'home appliances to the countryside' policy implementation and its achievements,and then to my home country of the four existing logistics models are introduced,and determine the mode of home appliances for the home appliance logistics factors affecting these factors in determining after establishing fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process model,combined with expert research methods to determine the importance of the factors affecting the weights.Finally,experts on the policy of home appliances household appliances for each mode logistics integrated impact assessment fuzzy data analysis,the policy of home appliances home appliance logistics impact of different modes of fuzzy evaluation results.
