摘　　要：文中阐明了对连锁零售企业开展逆向物流管理研究的必要性和紧迫性,在此基础上,采用案例分析法,对华东地区某一大型连锁零售企业的逆向物流管理存在的问题进行深入剖析,对优化逆向物流管理提出了相应的策略。The article clarified the necessity and urgency of research on reverse logistics for chain retailing industry.On the basis of this,case study approach was adopted to dissect the problems of reverse logistics management in a large chain retailer in East China followed by bringing forward corresponding optimisation strategies.
