摘　　要：突发灾害事件已成为湖南地区不得不面对的挑战,突发灾害事件发生后,合理地调运应急物资能够有效地控制灾害的影响范围,及时地帮助受灾者。基于应急物资合理调运的重要性,文中拟建立以应急物流成本最低和时间最短为目标的应急资源调运模型。Sudden disaster event has become the Hunan area have to face the challenge,sudden disaster after the incident,influence scope reasonably dispatching emergency materials can effectively control the disasters,timely help victims.The importance of emergency materials based on reasonable allocation,this paper proposed the establishment of emergency logistics cost to the lowest and shortest time of emergency resource allocation model for target.
