摘  要:旅游企业诚信评价问题,目前已经成为备受学界和业界关注的问题,而可资依托的适用于各类旅游企业的诚信评价标准几近空白。设计一个可以准确衡量我国旅游企业诚信水平的评价指标体系,建立旅游企业诚信评价标准,有助于完善我国旅游企业的诚信体系,营造公平、公开的旅游市场环境。In recent years,the problem of lack of integrity has become more and more serious for many tourism enterprises.While now the evaluation of integrity has received much concern both from tourism academic field and industry.However the standards of valuing integrity suiting for all types of tourism enterprises are almost a blank.Based on tourism theories,referring to available related researches,and grounding on characteristics of tourism industry,the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was used to design an evaluation index system which could precisely measure the level and quality of tourism enterprise's integrity.All would help to improve credit system of tourism industry,create a fair and open travel and tourism market.
