摘 要:2000—2010年的10年间,我国采矿业的人力资源发展较快,从业者受教育程度得到提升,但整体文化层次依然偏低,采矿业对高学历、高素质人才的需求旺盛,但高等教育培养能力严重不足,不利于采矿技术水平的提升。同时,采矿业对相应专业人才吸纳能力较强,而我国中职教育涉矿类人才的培养也难以满足采矿业市场需求。因此,未来需注重专业人才预测的研究工作,进一步扩大普通高等教育中地矿类专业人才的培养;同时,加大调整中职教育的招生结构,扩大涉矿类专业人才的培养规模和比例。The decade(2000—2010)witnessed a rapid development of the human resources in China's mining industry with some improvement of its employees' education level.However,the industry demands more and more personnel with higher education qualifications and there exists a gap between the demand and the present cultivating capacity of higher learning institutions,which hinders the technological enhancement of the industry.The industry could absorb more professionals of related field while the secondary vocational education fails to turn out enough personnel.Therefore,more attention must be paid to the forecasting of the demand of professionals and enrollment of mining engineering students should be expanded in colleges and universities.In addition,there needs an adjustment of secondary vocational recruitment structure to enlarge the scale and proportion of the training of mining professionals.
