摘　　要：针对现有的移动学习系统中存在和面临的一些问题,文章在GIS位置服务研究基础上,详细分析了现阶段移动学习的相关问题,提出了基于GIS位置服务的移动学习模型,将地理信息系统、移动通信和GIS网络分析算法进行集成,是移动互联网从服务方式和交互方式的创新,增强网络与地理位置的关联性,打破时空限制,建设高效率、低成本、灵活方便的移动学习模型和实验平台。After analyzing problems existing in nowadays mobile learning, the paper builds the mobile learning model based on GIS position service, which innovates the services and interactive mode of mobile Internet by integrating geo-information system, mobile communication and GIS Network analysis algorithm. With the ability to enhance the relevance between Internet and geographical position, and break the limits of space, the model can be used to build the flexible and convenient mobile learning model or experimental platform, which is high efficient and low cost.
