动力髋螺钉与股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：78例股骨转子间骨折病患者随机将39例采用DHS进行内固定分为为观察组,其余用PFNA进行内固定分为对照组。采用Harris评分系统对两组患者术后恢复情况进行分析比较。观察组得分显著高于对照组,(P<0.01)。观察组手术过程短、出血量少、手术切口小,与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DHS内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折值得临床推广。78 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group.Each group had 39 cases.DHS internal fixation and PFNA internal fixation were applied in observation group and control group,respectively.Postoperation recovery conditions in two groups were analyzed and compared by using Harris score system.The score of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).The observation group had shorter operation process,less bleeding,smaller incision as compared to the control group,all of which were statistically significant(P < 0.01).DHS internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures is worth the clinical promotion.
