摘　　要：在分析沈阳铁西老工业区改造成效与存在问题的基础上,指出该区域已进入改造的后期阶段,这一阶段规划的主要任务是由功能转变走向功能完善。基于该区域控制性详细规划的实践,提出了产业、交通、配套设施、工业文化保护等方面的完善措施。On the basis of analysis the transforms' achievements and problems of Tiexi old industrial district,the article draws the conclusion that the main task about this area in this period is perfecting the function.Through the practice of the regulatory detailed planning of this area,the article proposes the measures of the industry,transportation system,supporting facilities,old industrial culture protection and so forth.
