基于熵AHP的保障性住房满意度模糊综合评价

摘　　要：构建了保障性住房满意度评价指标体系,运用AHP(层次分析法)和熵值法确定了指标层的权重,并应用模糊数学的理论建立了保障性住房满意度的评价模型。利用模型对沈阳市保障性住房满意度进行实证研究。得出了沈阳市保障性住房满意度指标排序依次是周边环境和基础设施、管理与服务、房屋情况。周边环境与基础设施满意度高于综合满意度,房屋情况和管理与服务两个指标低于综合满意度。The paper constructs an evaluation index system of security housing satisfaction and determines the weight of index system by the combination method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy.Then based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics,the paper constructs the model of comprehensive evaluation on security housing satisfaction and carries out a research on security housing satisfaction in Shenyang.The results show that the three-aspect sequence of security housing satisfaction is the surrounding environment and infrastructure,management and services,housing conditions.Among them,the first aspect is higher than the comprehensive values,and the latter two aspects are lower than the comprehensive values.
