摘　　要：通过对公共项目建设方案评价研究的现状分析,针对公共项目特性,构建综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析和数据包络分析法建立评价模型,借助DEAP软件进行指标数据运算,以求得对公共项目建设方案的客观评价。并结合实例进行合理性验证,旨在为公共项目建设方案评价提供一种科学有效的方法。By analyzing the current situation of the evaluation study of public project construction program and according to the public projects' characteristics,this article establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system by using AHP and DEA method to establish the evaluation model and DEAP software to calculate indicator data.The authors hope this evaluation index system can achieve an objective evaluation of public project construction program.By using the cases to prove the feasibility of the method,this article aims to provide a scientific and effective method on construction program evaluation of public project.
