推拿合用中药辨证治疗椎动脉颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察推拿合用中药辨证治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用推拿结合中药辨证治疗，对照组采用西药丁咯地尔和西比灵治疗，并观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.23%，高于对照组的71.43%（P<0.01）。结论：推拿结合中药辨证治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著，且无明显副反应，值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the efficacy of massage combined with TCM differential treatment for cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery. Methods:84 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by massage combined with TCM differential treatment, while the control group by buflomedil and Sibelium, and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.23%, which was higher than 71.43 that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Massage combined with TCM differen-tial treatment has a significant curative effect on cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery, and there is no obvious side effects, which worth promo-tion and application.
