摘　　要：目的：探讨倒悬整脊法治疗胸椎后关节紊乱的疗效。方法：将112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用倒悬整脊法治疗，对照组采用常规推拿治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.6%，高于对照组的79.6%（P<0.05）。结论：倒悬整脊法治疗胸椎后关节紊乱疗效确切，值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of overhanging chiropractic therapy for thoracic posterior articular disturbance. Methods:112 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by overhanging chiropractic therapy, while the control group by conventional massage therapy, and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.6%, which was higher than 79.6%that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Overhanging chiropractic therapy has a significant curative effect on thoracic posterior articular disturbance, while worth clinical promotion.
