中风病中医护理质量评价指标体系的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中风病中医护理质量评价指标体系的临床应用效果。方法：100例中风患者随机分为对照组和实验组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组按中风病中医护理质量评价指标体系予以护理。结果：实验组并发症率显著低于对照组（P<0.05），护理质量评分和患者满意度均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：应用中医护理质量评价指标体系指导中风病的临床护理，可降低并发症，提高患者生存质量及中医专科护理水平。Objective:To evaluate the clinical applied effects of Chinese medicine nursing quality evaluation index system of stroke. Methods:100 cases of stroke were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each of 50 cases, control group received routine nursing care, ex-perimental group received nursing care based on the Chinese medicine nursing quality evaluation index system of stroke. Results:The complications of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05), quality of nursing care and satisfaction degree of patients were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying Chinese medicine nursing quality evaluation index system to guide the clinical nursing care of stroke, can reduce the complications, improve the life quality of patients and professional nursing level of traditional Chi-nese medicine.
