悬吊运动疗法结合针刺颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察悬吊运动疗法结合针刺颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将56例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用悬吊运动疗法结合针刺颈夹脊穴治疗，对照组单纯采用针刺颈夹脊穴治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组McGill量表评分、复发率均低于对照组，总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：悬吊运动疗法结合针刺颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病疗效显著，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the efficacy of suspension exercise therapy combined with pinpricking neck''s Jia-ji points for neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:56 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by suspension exercise therapy combined with pinpricking neck''s Jia-ji points, while the control group only by pinpricking Jia-ji points, and compared the efficacy of two groups. Results:The McGill scores and recurrence rate of treatment group were both lower than those of control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Suspension exercise therapy combined with pinpricking neck''s Jia-ji points has signifi-cant curative effect on neck type of cervical spondylosis, and its recurrence rate is low, deserves clinical promotion and application.
