摘  要:目的:探讨BIODEX SYSTEM-3多关节等速测试及训练系统在肘关节烧伤整形术后康复中的应用价值。方法:将69例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均进行常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上使用BIODEX,观察两组患者AROM(Ac-tive Range of Motion,主动关节活动度)和PROM(Passive Range of Motion,被动关节活动度)的改善情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者的AROM和PROM均显著改善(P<0.01);观察组治疗后的AROM和PROM均大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:BIO-DEX训练能显著改善烧伤整形术后肘关节的活动功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the application values of BIODEX SYSTEM-3 multi-joint isokinetic testing and training system in rehabilitation after elbow burn-plastic surgery. Methods: 69 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients in two groups were all given conventional rehabilitation therapy, while the observation group used BIODEX on the basis of it, and observed the improve-ment of AROM (Active Range of Motion) and PROM (Passive Range of Motion) of two groups. Results: Compared those before treatment, the AROM and PROM had significantly improved in both groups (P<0.01);after treatment, the AROM and PROM of observation group were both larg-er than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:BIODEX training can significantly improve the elbow motor functions after burn-plastic sur-gery, deserves clinical promotion and application.
