摘　　要：目的：观察针灸配合五官超短波治疗面神经麻痹的疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗和对照组，治疗组采用针灸配合五官超短波治疗，对照组单纯采用针灸治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.7%，高于对照组的83.3%（P<0.05）。结论：采用针灸配合五官超短波治疗面神经麻痹的疗效优于单纯针灸治疗。Objective:To observe the curative effects of acupuncture combined with facial ultrashort wave treating facial paralysis. Methods:60 pa-tients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, treatment group was treated with acupuncture and facial ultrashort wave, control group only with acupuncture therapy, the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, higher than that of control group by 83.3%(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effects of acupuncture combined with facial ultrashort wave treating facial paralysis are better than that of simple acupuncture therapy.
