摘　　要：目的：观察TDP加全息骨痛灵治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：综合组48例膝骨性关节炎患者采用TDP加全息骨痛灵治疗，对照组30例单纯用TDP照射治疗，对照观察两组疗效。结果：综合组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：TDP加全息骨痛灵治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the curative effects of TDP combined with holographic Gutongling treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:Compre-hensive group, 48 cases of knee osteoarthritis, adopted the treatment of TDP and holographic Gutongling, control group with 30 cases was treated with TDP irradiation, the control effects of two groups were observed. Results:The total efficiency of comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:TDP with holographic Gutongling treating knee osteoarthritis is significantly effective.
