摘　　要：本文从中医学思伤脾理论，思伤脾与考前综合症相关性，思伤脾与脑-肠轴的相关性阐明思伤脾理论与考前综合症、脑-肠互动机制具有高度相关性，同时为考前综合症的中西医病机研究奠定基础。This paper illuminates that the theory of anxiety impairing the spleen is highly correlated with exam syndrome and brain-gut interaction mechanism, according to Chinese medicinal theory of anxiety impairing the spleen, the correlation between anxiety impairing the spleen and exam syndrome, as well as brain-gut interaction, meanwhile, that lays the foundation for studing the Chinese and western medicinal pathogenesis of exam syndrome.
