论行政事业单位会计工作的规范化管理

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展，我国财政体制改革的进一步深入，行政事业单位的会计工作也应该随着市场经济的变化而改变自己的管理方式和工作方式，以市场为导向，以财经法规为准则，以理财和管理为目标，制定出利于行政事业单位自身发展的管理工作体制。本文首先分析了现阶段行政事业单位会计工作中存在的问题，再简单分析了做好行政事业单位会计工作的对策，最后讲述了加强行政事业单位会计工作规范化管理的措施。本文是作者对行政事业单位会计管理工作的简单总结，真正的规范化管理需要结合实际工作需要，不断的改进管理方案和措施，将会计目标落实到位。With the development of economic globalization, the further deepening of China's financial reform, the administrative institutions of the accounting work should also be changes in the market economy and change their management style and working methods, market-oriented, financial regulations for the criteria to finances and management as the goal, to develop a conducive administrative institutions in the management of their own development system. This paper analyzes the current stage of administrative units of accounting problems, and then do a simple analysis of the administrative institutions of accounting work measures, and final y about the strengthening of administrative units standardized management accounting measures. This article is the author of administrative institutions brief summary of accounting management, standardized management requires a combination of real practical work, continuous improvement management programs and measures wil be put in place accounting objectives.
