摘 要:采用混合模拟方法研究了叶片周向后弯对轴流泵水动力性能和噪声辐射特性的影响,计算中考虑了声场与结构振动的耦合作用,获得叶片周向后弯角对水泵水动力性能和声场辐射特性的影响曲线。结果表明,仅通过叶轮叶片的周向后弯不能有效提高水泵的扬程和效率,但可以降低水泵向外辐射的噪声。该结果对低噪声水泵设计具有一定的参考价值。The effect of circumferential backward-skewed blade on flow noise radiation of axial pumps was studied by using hybrid simulation method, in which a coupled vibro-acoustic model was used. The characteristic curves of hydrodynamics and noise radiation versus circumferential backward-skewed angle of the blade were obtained. The computation results indicate that only increasing the circumferential skewed angle of the blade can not raise the lift and efficiency of the pump effectively, but it can reduce the outward noise radiation of the pump. This study may provide a reference for low-noise pump design.
