摘　　要：可持续发展的提出源于人类对环境问题的逐步认识,其产生背景是人类赖以生存和发展的环境和资源遭到越来越严重的破坏,人类已尝到环境破坏的苦果.以恩施市的环境容量为研究对象,主要对恩施市水环境容量进行分析研究,确定恩施市环境容量,并基于环境容量对恩施市环境保护的研究.The concept of sustainable development originates from mankind′s gradual understanding of environmental problems.Its background is that the envinonment and resources on which mankind depends for survival and development suffer from increasingly serious destruction and mankind is being punished for destroying environment.This paper studies the water environmental capacity in Enshi City and determines its environmental capacity.Based on the environmental capacity in Enshi City,suggestions are made for environmental protection.
