摘　　要：培养应用型创新人才是独立学院教育的基本任务,是衡量教学质量的重要指标。文章构建了土木工程类应用型创新人才培养模式,就其培养计划中的培养标准、培养方案、双师型师资队伍、知识体系及实践环节等进行了较为深入的研究。Training application-oriented talents is the basic education task of the independent institute and it is an important indicator to measure the teaching quality.We built an innovative training model of civil engineering and researched on its training standards,training program,double type teachers,knowledge systems and practices links.
