四川芦山“4·20”地震医学救援的实践与探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨四川芦山"4·20"地震灾害中开展紧急医学救援的实践方法。方法对武警总医院国家紧急救援队在四川"4·20"芦山地震期间的相关医疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果采取组织院前急救、走村入户医疗巡诊、深入一线保障官兵、开展卫生防疫、进行卫生宣教与心理疏导、严密组织技术帮扶与培训、自主实施后勤保障相结合的救援方法是有效且可行的。结论救援队在四川芦山"4·20"地震医学救援中合理、高效的救援实践方法为今后灾害救援提供了借鉴。Objective To explore the methods of medical rescue in'4·20'Lushan earthquake. Methods To analyze retrospectively the related medical data of National Emergency Rescue Team of General Hospital of CPAF( Chinese People's Armed Police Forces) during Sichuan'4·20'Earthquake. Results We employed a multiple method to respond the earthquake. It included pre-hospital first aid,setting up medical treatment sites,medical cruising,safeguarding the army,deploying health prevention and promotion activities,psychological counseling,technical supporting and training,and automatic logistic security. It proved very effective and practical. Conclusions The reasonable and high efficient medical rescue practice in Lushan earthquake provided a paradigm for aftermath medical responding.
