摘　　要：目的探讨经皮微创解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法对25例胫骨中下段骨折患者采取经皮微创解剖型锁定钢板治疗。结果患者均获随访,时间5～18个月。骨折均临床愈合,时间3～6个月。按Johner-Wruhs评分法评价:优18例,良5例,中2例。结论经皮微创解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合率高等优点,是一种较理想的治疗方法。Objective To explore the surgical methods and clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous anatomical locking plate in treatment of distal 1/3 tibial shaft fracture.Methods 25 cases of distal 1/3 tibial shaft fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate osteosynthesis.Results All cases reached clinical fracture healing in 3-6 months,which were followed up for 5-18 months.According to Johner-Wruhs grading,the results were excellent in 18 cases,good in 5,and fair in 2.Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of distal 1/3 tibial shaft fracture has advantages of less invasion,reliable fixation and high fracture healing rate,which is an ideal surgical method.
