我国助学贷款工作的困境和对策探析——基于政府职能的视角

摘　　要：国家助学贷款是为了帮助家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业而推行的一项惠民政策。分析了当前助学贷款工作出现的问题及原因,并从政府职能角度提出了解决的措施。应采取建立政府担保机制并适时调控担保比例,健全个人信用制度保障,依法建立健全监督机制等举措实现政府目标,促进国家助学贷款持续健康发展。National student loan is a policy,which could help the students from poor families successfully complete their studies.Herein,the paper discussed the problems and causes of the current student loans work and put forward some measures from the angle of the government function.Measures include a timely construction of a governmental guarantee mechanism,and regulating investment for the system,improving personal credit systems,establishing and perfecting supervision mechanisms in accordance with the law with the aim to accomplish governmental goals and promote the sustainable and healthy development of state loans for students.
