摘 要:采用辅助电极法,实现对绝缘陶瓷材料Si3Al3O3N5电火花线切割加工,研究了电加工参数对加工速度及其表面质量的影响。结果表明:加工速度与脉冲宽度、峰值电流成正相关关系,在脉间脉宽比达到6时,加工速度达到最大值;表面粗糙度值与脉冲宽度、脉间脉宽比成正相关关系,而峰值电流对表面粗糙度值的影响经历了一个先减小后增加的过程,当峰值电流超过8 A时,表面粗糙度值随峰值电流的增加而缓慢增大。Realizing the processing on insulating ceramic material(Si 3 Al 3 O 3 N 5) by wire-EDM in method of using assisting electrode,and the influence of electrical parameter to the processing speed and surface roughness was researched.The results show that the processing speed is significantly correlate with pulse width and peak current,the processing speed reaches a maximum value when the pulse width ratio reaches 6.Surface roughness is significantly correlate with pulse width and pulse width ratio,the effect of peak current to surface roughness experience a procedure increased at first,then decreased.With the increase of the peak current the surface roughness slowly increases,when the peak current reaches 8 A.
