摘 要:针对薄壁叶片汽道在加工过程中易产生弹性变形的特点,建立了立铣刀加工薄壁叶片汽道内弧面的切削力模型,运用材料力学理论和有限元理论,应用ABAQUS软件模拟薄壁叶片汽道部分在加工过程中的变形量。通过设计正交实验,探讨了切削参数、刀具倾角以及薄壁叶片汽道内弧各个点对叶片变形的影响规律;采用线性回归的分析方法,建立了薄壁叶片汽道内弧面加工过程中变形量与各个因素之间的预测模型。研究表明:薄壁叶片变形量随着主轴转速、Y距离的增加而减小,随着进给速度、切削深度、加工倾角和X距离的增加而增大;薄壁叶片变形量预测模型拟合良好,最大拟合误差为22.855μm,最小拟合误差为0.140μm,平均误差为5.179μm。For the thin-wall blade steam passages has the characteristics of easy to produce elastic deformation in the process,the cutting force model of the end mill during the process of the inner arc of thin-wall blade steam passages was presented.According to the theory of material mechanics and finite element theory,the deformation of the thin-wall blade steam passages was obtained by using the ABAQUS software.Through the orthogonal experiment,the relation between blade deformation and cutting parameter,inclination angle and the cutting position of the thin-wall blade steam passages was established,and the relation between the elastic deformation of the thin-wall blade and every element was established.The study shows that the spindle speed and the distance Y are bigger,the blade deformation is smaller,the feeding speed,the cutting depth,the inclination angle of the end mill and the distance of X are smaller;the blade deformation is smaller,thin blade deformation prediction model is fitting very well,the maximum fitting error is 22.855μm,the minimum fitting error is 0.140μm,the average fitting error is 5.179 μm.
