摘　　要：介绍了由换刀检测装置引起的主轴、刀套松刀和夹刀故障的诊断过程,根据换刀动作的逻辑关系和松刀原理分析、查找故障原因,并针对具体原因给出相应的解决措施。This article introduced the diagnosis process of the unclamping tool and clamping tool trouble of the spindle and the tool pocket made by checked and measured equipment of the change tool mechanism. It analyzed and looked for the trouble cause according to the unclamping principle and the logic of the change tool action,and it gave corresponding resolved measure according to the special trouble cause.
