摘 要:目前,中国已赶超日本、美国成为世界第1大奶粉消费市场,但三聚氰胺事件的发生使得中国国产奶粉的消费大幅下滑,同时进口奶粉大肆侵占奶粉市场份额。中国的奶粉消费市场呈现以下几个特征:奶粉消费量近年来有所下滑,但婴幼儿奶粉却保持增长;进口奶粉在奶粉市场所占比重迅速攀升,国产奶粉比重减少;"奶粉荒"推动奶粉价格持续上涨;国产奶粉企业面临着更多、更激烈的竞争。针对这种情况,提出提升国产奶粉竞争力的建议:加强监管力度,提高消费者对国产奶粉的信任度;提升国产奶粉的技术含量和改良加工工艺;提高奶粉企业的危机处理能力等。最后,对中国奶粉市场消费的未来趋势进行了初步展望。At present,China has become the world largest milk power consumption market above Japan and the United States,but the market share of domestic milk powder consumption in China decreased seriously after the melamine incident,meanwhile,milk powder imported has encroached on the market share of domestic milk powder.China′s milk powder consumption market showed the following characteristics:milk powder consumption declined gradually,but the consumption of the infant formula milk powder maintained growing;the market share of imported milk powder rose quickly and that of domestic declined;' shortage of milk powder' made milk powder price higher and higher;China′s milk powder enterprises faced more and intenser competition.Aimed at these problems,some suggestions were put forward to promote the competitive power of domestic milk powder,such as strengthening supervision so as to increase consumers′ confidence on domestic milk powder,enhancing the technical level and processing technology of domestic milk powder,improving the ability of handling crises and so on.Finally,future consumption trend of China′s milk powder market is projected preliminarily.
