摘 要:对涟钢HMPT-BOF-RH-MFB-CSP单联工艺生产SPHE钢时RH精炼过程中精炼渣进行取样分析,研究表明:随精炼过程的进行,RH精炼渣系的熔点呈下降趋势;但氧化性增强,致使不少炉次在RH精炼阶段存在“回硫”现象;并且,在RH精炼脱碳过程炉渣Al2O3含量在逐步增加,RH精炼结束时,炉渣中Al2O3含量在27%~37%,不利于吸收钢液中上浮的Al2O3夹杂物.为此提出了RH较为合理的终渣系目标控制范围.Analysis the refining slag in RH refining process in produce SPHE iron with HMPT→BOF →RH-MFB→CSP process in Lianyuan Steel.It shows that: the melting point of the slag is on a declining curve along with the refining process;however,the oxidability would be enhanced,which lead to the resulfurization phenomenon occurred in some experiments;in addition,the Al 2 O 3 content is increasing gradually in the decarburization process of RH process,the Al 2 O 3 content ranges from 27% to 37%,which is not benefit to the absorption of the Al 2 O 3 inclusion floating from the molten steel.Therefore,the reasonable target control range of finished slag system is proposed.
